Just a couple of millimetres truly made the difference between winning and losing. Grosvenor Billinghurst were victorious on the Petanque pitch at Oxshott sports club this week, narrowly beating CGI into second place. The team are pictured here receiving the coveted ‘Pauline Jones’ trophy as well as a voucher from head chef Romain Havard for a meal for the team at his restaurant La Barbe – a popular French restaurant in Reigate. This is the fourth year in a row Grosvenor Billinghurst have played in this league and the first time we have won. We look forward to defending the title next year!
