We used Grosvenor Claygate for both our sale and purchase of our new house. We found Chris Burton to be realistic, honest and responsive. He has intricate knowledge and understanding of the Claygate housing market as well as knowing at least half the population of the village on first name terms! Chris goes out of his way to keep lines of communication open and chains moving. He made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. We would certainly recommend Grosvenor and would use them again... but not for a while!
