I’ve been with Team GB for over 5 years now, and in the industry for 10 years, working solely in lettings. I enjoy meeting all different types of people and find it interesting to see how their homes reflect their personality. I love what I do as no two days are the same and I love being part of a great team who work really well together. I fell into estate agency after university and was lucky enough to work in a very busy office which is where I got a taste for it.
Tell us about you outside of work
I’m a big family man and have two beautiful daughters Polly and Peggy, we enjoy long dog walks with our Miniature Schnauzer Ted, and just being outdoors in general. I was brought up in a very sporty family and I still train for and play rugby for Surrey based club Old Emanuel which was also my father’s club, and who I’ve represented for the past 16 years. Other sports I like to follow are football (Fulham FC), cricket and golf. I enjoy a good box set binge as well as exploring and travelling the world with my wife Katie.
What’s your favourite bit of a house?
It has to be the kitchen, it’s where everything happens and people are at their happiest, it’s also the dancefloor in my house. There’s nothing better than sharing good food and drinks with your loved ones, all in the heart of the home.
I previously worked at a prep school coaching sport to 4-11 year olds. I was made to down a can of beans on my wedding day by my best man, a hark back to a trick I used to do as a teenager. One of my nicknames at university was Buzz Lightyear.
One thing you’ve taken from the last year
To value the relationships we have and recognise how lucky we are to live and work in the communities that we do.
