Stuart Armstrong, senior sales negotiator at Grosvenor Cobham
Grosvenor is enjoying a strong start to 2023 following the appointment of senior ex-Curchods sales negotiator Stuart Armstrong.
Stuart joins the Cobham office as senior sales negotiator, working directly alongside Sales Director Lewis Sutehall and Managing Director Gareth Davies, where he will be responsible for establishing and overseeing sales from homeowners across Cobham and the surrounding villages.
With an Elmbridge property career spanning over two decades, Stuart has carved his position as a consummate estate agent who has built a reputation for selling properties in some of Surrey’s most exclusive areas including St George’s Hill, Burwood Park and Ashley Park.
Having spent 10 years with Curchods’ Walton and Weybridge offices, and 13 years with Townends (now Stirling Ackroyd), Stuart is ready to support Grosvenor ambitious growth strategy, which will see the estate agent, which first opened its doors in 2002, implement a number of exciting changes over the next 12 months.
