Surrey Estate Agent Swaps Bricks and Mortar for Paints and Brushes

young elmbridge artists wanted by Grosvenor estate agetns

Grosvenor, the Elmbridge estate agent with offices in Cobham, Claygate and Hinchley Wood, is urging all young budding artists to get creative after launching a children’s art competition for Easter.

The Surrey estate agent is inviting those aged 14 and under to create an Easter-themed picture on A4 paper and hand it in to their local Grosvenor office by 5pm on Monday 4 April.

Every entrant will receive a small chocolate egg in return for their artwork, with three winners from each office winning a large, luxury Easter egg in time for Easter Sunday.

The competition’s judging panel, which includes directors from each Grosvenor office, will let the winners know and present the winners with their eggs before the Easter Weekend.

On launching the competition, Gareth Davies, Grosvenor Managing Director, says: “If ever there’s a time of the year to get creative, then it’s Easter – especially if the incentive is chocolate. By launching a fun and artistic competition, we’re hoping to inspire young people to pick up their pens, pencils and brushes, and enjoying making what might well be a masterpiece. We’re all looking forward to see what young members of the Elmbridge community can do and we wish all entrants the best of luck. More importantly, we hope they have fun.”
