Dave Jones joins Grosvenor as Head of Property Management
Grosvenor, the Surrey estate agent and Elmbridge property specialists, has bolstered its team following the appointment of ex-APW property manager Dave Jones to the role of Head of Property Management.
Dave, who is based from the Cobham office, has been brought in to support Grosvenor’s digital transformation programme, which will see all managed properties within the business’s portfolio transition to a streamlined way of working. As part of the shift, all landlords supported by Grosvenor will benefit from having access to more in-depth and thorough property inspections.
With six years’ experience as a property manager and a career in property spanning over 13 years, Dave is expected to incorporate new ways of working, streamline the lettings business and add value to Grosvenor’s rapidly growing portfolio of landlord clients.
On joining Grosvenor, Dave comments: “It’s an exciting time for Grosvenor, particularly in light of the recent rebrand, so I’m delighted to have joined the business at such a pivotal point. Having worked across the entire housing spectrum, from supporting housing association tenants to managing rental units in high-end developments, I have a wealth of experience that I’m ready to use to add value to both our clients and the business. Grosvenor, which celebrated its 20th anniversary last year, launched its new identity in June following over two decades as Grosvenor Billinghurst.
