Tom Kilcoyne has joined Grosvenor Surrey as Lettings Negotiator
Surrey estate agent Grosvenor Surrey has appointed Tom Kilcoyne to the role of Lettings Negotiator. The decision follows the lettings division’s success throughout 2023, during which it grew by almost 14.5 per cent from 2022.
Tom will now support Samantha Young, Lettings Manager for Claygate and Hinchley Wood, who has played a large role in expanding the firm’s lettings offering across the two Surrey villages.
Handling lettings enquiries and viewings, Tom, who lives in Surbiton, is expected to help Samantha continue to grow the business throughout 2024.
On joining Grosvenor Surrey, Tom comments: “I’m delighted to work in property alongside a large team of experienced Surrey property professionals. I’m also pleased to be following in my Grandad’s footsteps, as he was a lettings agent many, many years ago. I now look forward to putting my existing skills into practice, learning new skills and being part of a growing team.”
Samantha Young adds: “We’re only weeks into 2024, but already there’s been a shift in the market with more stock, more opportunities and more choice for tenants. As a result of this, Tom joining the business comes at a good time.
