Grosvenor Claire Fuller with brother Gareth Davies: Claire is hoping to win the Property Professional of the Year Award at The Dynamic Awards 2023
Claire Fuller, Finance and Operations Director at Grosvenor, the Surrey estate agent with offices in Cobham, Claygate and Hinchley Wood, has been shortlisted for the Property Professional of the Year Award at The Dynamic Awards 2023.
The awards scheme, which is designed to recognise and reward women in Surrey and Sussex for their hard work and contribution to the business community, will see finalists across 16 categories vie for an award at the awards ceremony, which takes place at The Grand Hotel in Brighton on 25 May.
Claire, who owns the business with her brother, Gareth Davies, and directors Chris Burton and Roly Matthews, will be competing for the award alongside four other women across Surrey and Sussex. Fellow finalists include professionals at MJC Construction & Refurb, Lawton & Dawe Properties, Chichester Community Development Trust, and Britton and Time Solicitors.
On being shortlisted, Claire comments: “I’m absolutely delighted to have made it this far and pleased that awards schemes such as The Dynamic Awards are shining a light on women across Surrey and beyond. As someone who’s proudly vocal when it comes to publicly tackling the perennial issue around gender inequality in the workplace, pay disparity and increasing the ratio of women in senior roles, it’s great to recognised by an awards programme that shares my priorities and approach. I now look forward to May and wish my fellow finalists the best of luck.”

Claire and Gareth took over the property business from their father, Ian Davies, in 2021 – almost two decades after it first opened its doors in 2002.
