Agnes Willcox, Property Manager at Grosvenor Surrey
Surrey estate agent Grosvenor Surrey has expanded its Surrey property management team after appointing Agnes Willcox to the role of Property Manager.
The move follows a surge in demand from landlords choosing to use the Elmbridge property expert - which has seen its managed property portfolio grow considerably in the first quarter of 2024 - to manage their properties.
Agnes joins the business with 8 years’ experience of working in property, after switching from lettings negotiator to property manager in 2016.
From dealing with day-to-day issues and working closely with contractors, Agnes, who holds the ARLA Propertymark qualification, is now responsible for managing a growing lettings portfolio and supporting Grosvenor Surrey’s tenants and landlords to ensure that their tenancies run smoothly.
Based at the Cobham office, Agnes comments: “Although I haven’t been with Grosvenor Surrey for very long, I already feel like part of the team. It’s a really busy office, it’s fast-paced and every day’s different. I really enjoy helping our landlords and tenants overcome any challenges and I’m looking forward to grow personally and professionally as part of the Grosvenor Surrey team.”
